How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship up to 5 business days after they are placed. Please contact us at hello@chipperthings.com if you have specific questions or requests about your order. Shipping will take longer around federal holidays / when the USPS is backed up or closed.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time we can ship anything international except cards, pins and notebooks (we know, random). If you're outside the US/Canada, email us with your order (hello@chipperthings.com) as well as your shipping region. We'll tell you how much it will be to ship and if you're still interested, we'll send you an invoice then send your goods once it's paid.

If I'm outside of the US, who's responsible for paying duties?

Chipper Things does not cover the cost of duties for international orders. We cannot give you an estimate of if/what you will be expected to pay when it arrives to your country.

What if I don't know what clothing size to order?

Check out our Size Guide page. If you don't have a tape measure handy to crunch those t-shirt length numbers , just go by what the description says. Most of our stuff is on the loose, comfy side (even if it's a women's fit vs. unisex).

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are happy to offer a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) for unused products returned within 30 days. We will refund your order as soon as it is returned. If you want to exchange it, you'll need to mail back the product in unused condition. We are not responsible for any orders whatsoever after 30 days. Email hello@chipperthings.com for return/exchange next steps.

"My product is damaged. HELP!"

Bummer! We're so sorry this happened—it's not the kind of impression we like to make. Snap a photo of the damaged goods and then send it to us in an email (hello@chipperthings.com). We'll be happy to give you a full refund or exchange your order. So sorry again! That's the worst. 

What do I do if the product is out of stock?

Please contact us and we’ll let you know if / when it comes in stock. We're still new so all feedback goes a long way. We might restock if we find it is missed!
